Given the current situation with COVID-19, I’m offering online live meditation/anxiety management sessions to help people weather this period of remote working. The 45 minute classes will include stretching, meditation, compassion building exercises to help people come to terms and understand the crisis, and anxiety/stress remedies (breathing, physical exercises and thought re-patterning techniques).
